Pl. The Listener — Shade, a hushed, quiet green swirled through brilliant white plaster. Standing on a plinth complete with a sound wave of the word "Boo".
The Story

The Listener

One of the Old Town's older pubs has a snug barely big enough for two. People have been going there to talk through their troubles for as long as anyone can remember. Not to each other — to nobody in particular.

It doesn't answer, doesn't judge, and somehow makes whatever's said in there feel properly heard.

Those who keep one say it suits a quiet room, and that difficult conversations go a little easier in front of it.
