Where we post

Within the United Kingdom, by Royal Mail.

We are not shipping outside the UK at the moment. We would like to, and we will once we have the postage worked out properly. If you are abroad and want a ghost, write to boo@dayligaun.co.uk and we will tell you when we open up.

 

What it costs

£5 per order, however many figures are in it. One ghost or six, the postage is the same.

Orders of £40 or more go free.

 

When it leaves us

Orders are packed by hand in the workshop and normally dispatched within 5 to 7 days. You will get an email when yours is on its way.

If something is going to take longer than that, we will write and tell you.

 

How it travels

We send everything by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives within two working days of dispatch and carries a tracking number. That number is in the email we send when your parcel leaves us.

Delivery times are Royal Mail's estimates, not guarantees. We have no control over the post once a parcel has left us.

 

Packing

Everything is packed by hand, in its presentation box, with enough protection around it to survive the post. If a parcel does arrive damaged, our refund and returns policy sets out what happens next.

 

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will repost it once you have paid the postage again.
